Payment, Return and Cancellation policy
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and UnionPay. Please review our Payment, Return and Cancellation policy below carefully.
- Once your order is paid, no further edits can be made. To add more items, please place a new order.
- We process your order based on the available stock in our warehouse. Any out-of-stock items will be removed and refunded.
- Items like fresh vegetables, fruits, and certain frozen products are charged based on actual weight.
- If the actual weight exceeds the minimum sales unit (200g / 500g / 1kg), we will request payment for the additional amount. Thank you for understanding.
- Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for quality-related issues.
- For delivery errors or quality issues, please contact customer service within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a return or exchange accordingly.
- Refunds for Shopify payments take 7-10 days, and a refund notice will be sent to your email. Please allow time for the refund to be processed after receiving the notification.
