Payment, Return and Cancellation policy
We accept payments via Shopify Payments and Paytrail, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and UnionPay, Online Banks (OP, Nordea, Danske, S Pankki, Aktia) and Mobile Payments (Mobile Pay, Siirto). Please review our Payment, Return and Cancellation policy below carefully.
- Once your order is paid, no further edits can be made. To add more items, please place a new order.
- We process your order based on the available stock in our warehouse. Any out-of-stock items will be removed and refunded.
- Items like fresh vegetables, fruits, and certain frozen products are charged based on actual weight.
- If the actual weight exceeds the minimum sales unit (200g / 500g / 1kg), we will request payment for the additional amount. Thank you for understanding.
- Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for quality-related issues. This is only applicable for food items. For non-food items, please see the below section.
- For delivery errors or quality issues, please contact customer service within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a return or exchange accordingly.
- Refunds for Shopify payments take 7-10 days, and a refund notice will be sent to your email. Please allow time for the refund to be processed after receiving the notification.
Non-Food Items
Customers have the right to return non-food items within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In cases of cash payments, refunds will be provided in cash.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
