Delivery terms and conditions

Our Home delivery service is only available in the Helsinki/Vantaa/Espoo/Kauniainen area.
We deliver your order between 17:00 and 21:00 on weekdays and Saturdays. We will only deliver to the door of building, please come down and pickup your order when receiving our phone call.
Your order will be processed and dispatched between 1-3 days.
We will call to confirm the delivery time 12–24 hours before arrival. Please ensure you are available when our driver arrives. An additional fee will apply if the initial delivery attempt fails and a second delivery is needed.
Delivery time varies based on the total orders for the day, as well as factors like weather and traffic. We appreciate your patience and will aim to deliver at your requested time if it doesn't interfere with other deliveries scheduled for that day.
We have no control over where Posti sends the parcel. The pickup location may vary depending on their parcel volume. For any inquiries about the pickup point, please reach out to Posti's customer service.
We do not suggest customers order fresh or frozen products through Posti. If you choose to do so, it will be at your own risk.
Rice weighing 10kg or more cannot be shipped via Posti.
